Pay per lead

Pay for the candidates you want to meet

Set a fee per lead and a total budget for the role. You are charged when you request an introduction to a referred candidate.

  • Common fees are $15, $25 or $50 per lead; ReferYes suggests one based on the role's pay
  • Your budget caps total spend, with alerts at 50% and 75% used
  • Refunded in full if the candidate declines or does not respond
Pay on hire

No upfront cost

Set a finder's fee on the role. It is owed only for a referred candidate you hire, once they complete the probation period you choose.

  • Probation of 1, 2, 3 or 6 months
  • The fee is paid out within 15, 30, 45 or 60 days after probation, as you choose
  • Nothing is owed if no referral is hired
Where the fee goes

80% of every fee goes to the sourcer who made the referral, as their commission. ReferYes retains 20% as a service fee. The split in place when you post a role applies to all referrals for that role.
