The role

The Associate HR Business Partner serves as a critical link between business objectives and the workforce by providing expert HR support. This role ensures the organization maintains high-quality service standards through diligent benefits administration and proactive employee relations management.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and plan administration
  • Manage end-to-end benefits processes including new hire enrollment and open enrollment support
  • Collaborate with Payroll and HRIS teams to ensure accurate benefits data and deduction processing
  • Facilitate leave of absence and accommodation requests while maintaining compliance documentation
  • Develop internal communications and educational resources regarding company benefit offerings
  • Provide front-line HR support for policy interpretation and employee relations matters

Qualifications

Must have

  • 3+ years of professional experience in an HR functional role
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and benefits administration
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and benefits vendor coordination
  • Deep understanding of FMLA, ADA, and related leave of absence regulations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective employee consultation

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth company environment
  • Proven track record of improving HR processes and employee engagement
  • Experience developing and delivering training materials for HR programs
