The engagement

MedLearn Systems is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Consultant to drive a critical, compliance-focused LMS implementation for a major medical device client. You will play a key role in ensuring the system configuration meets stringent regulatory requirements while providing an intuitive experience for end-users throughout the project lifecycle.

Scope & deliverables

  • Functional configuration design documentation
  • Validated system configuration workbooks
  • User Acceptance Testing summary reports
  • End-user support and training guides
Month 1Complete initial requirements gathering and establish baseline configuration strategy
Month 2Finalize core LMS configuration and begin internal quality assurance cycles
Month 3Execute system integration testing and resolve primary configuration defects
Month 4Conduct User Acceptance Testing and finalize documentation for audit readiness
Month 5Execute final cutover, system go-live, and provide hypercare support

What you'll do

  • Lead requirement-gathering workshops to translate business needs into technical configuration
  • Configure and iterate on SF Learning components including catalogs, curricula, and assignment profiles
  • Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing with diligent defect tracking
  • Draft comprehensive technical workbooks, design documentation, and configuration guides
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and downstream impacts of design decisions
  • Support system cutover, go-live, and post-launch hypercare activities

Qualifications

Must have

  • 3+ years of hands-on implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning
  • Proven track record of completing at least two full-lifecycle LMS implementations
  • Deep technical proficiency in configuring Curricula and Assignment Profiles
  • Strong working knowledge of Compliance Training requirements
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Nice to have

  • Active SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification
  • Direct experience in the medical device or life sciences industry
  • Prior experience in high-growth consulting or client-facing project environments
