About the Engagement
Time management migration from SAP CATS to SF Time Tracking. You will join an established delivery team and work directly with client stakeholders from design through go-live, with clear milestones and a defined scope of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops with client stakeholders and translate business needs into SF Time Tracking configuration
- Configure and iterate on the solution across SF Time Tracking, Time Off, Valuation Rules, validating each build with the client team
- Prepare and execute test scenarios for system, integration, and user acceptance testing, tracking defects to resolution
- Develop workbooks, design documents, and configuration guides that stand up to audit and knowledge-transfer review
- Advise the client on leading practices, trade-offs, and downstream impacts of design decisions
- Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities, including issue triage and end-user support
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SF Time Tracking and Time Off
- Proven delivery on at least two full-lifecycle implementations or comparable enterprise engagements
- Strong working knowledge of Valuation Rules, CATS Migration
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with client stakeholders
- Authorized to work in the US; engagement offered as W-2 Employee
