4. Post your job for free.
5. Read the information of received referrals and compare the fees and reviews of their sourcers, you can also send messages to sourcers to answer any questions before you make your decision.
6. Add credits to your account, and pay sourcers to receive the selected referrals contact information.
7. To enhance the quality of referrals in ReferYes, write reviews of sourcers you bought from.
8. Finally, add sourcers to your network to notify them every time you post a new job.

How to refer people and get paid immediately?
1. Search job posts by a keyword, location or category.
2. Find a job that you know someone might be suitable for.
3. Choose to refer one, or a group of candidates for the job.
4. Write the contact information of the candidate(s) which will appear only if the job owner accepts the referral.
5. Write why you think the candidate is suitable for the job or attach a resume.
6. Set a price for the referral.
7. Send and receive messages from the job owner for more information or questions about the referral information.
8. Once the job owner buys the referral's contact information the money will be added to your account, which you can withdraw at anytime.
9. The job owner can add a review to your profile for other recruiters to read.
10. Finally, add job owners to your network to be notified every time they post a new job.
