According to Wikipedia, sourcing (personnel) is defined as:
"The actual act of sourcing for candidates is performed by either a recruiter (be it an internal corporate recruiter or agency recruiter) or a dedicated recruiter just focused on the sourcing function. Candidate sourcing activity typically ends once the name, job title, job function and contact information for the potential candidate is determined by the candidate sourcer."
In some situations a person that "sources" candidates can and will perform both primary (phone sourcing) and secondary (internet sourcing) sourcing techniques to identify candidates as well as the candidate profiling to further pre-screen candidates."
How should I price my referrals?
It depends on the industry, candidate’s job title, and the information being referred. The average rate per-referral name is in the range of $45 - $75. However, if the referral is for an executive and includes an insider’s information or resume this could increase the rate to reach hundreds of dollars. It usually takes 30-50 passive names to get one hire and the other 49 passive candidates serve as a great pipeline of talent.
How can I make sure of the quality of referrals?

How can I make sure that there aren't any conflicts with the confidentiality and privacy of the referred candidates?
In ReferYes sourcers explicitly state if they informed their candidates of the referral and their relationship with them and then it is up to you to decide to accept or reject the referral.
How is ReferYes different than other referral websites?

How much is ReferYes Credit worth?
To withdraw credits from your account each ReferYes Credit equals $ 1 USD. However, if you want to add Credit to your ReferYes account we will charge only a small transaction fee which varies according to the sum of added Credits.
If I referred people, how much is ReferYes's commission from the received rewards?
There aren't any commission fees on successful referrals rewards. You can withdraw the whole amount at anytime.
Is ReferYes responsible for the information of referrals?
ReferYes is not responsible for the information in referrals and it’s your responsibility to verify the information and decide to accept or reject the referral. However, you can send us a complaint of any spam or fraud referrals. After we examine the referral’s information and we confirm that it is indeed a spam or fraud, ReferYes will delete the referral and return your money back.
What is the Split Reward?
In split arrangements, job owners accept referrals for free and rewards are paid only if the placement occurs. In ReferYes we don’t charge any fees on successful split rewards, however to ensure serious job posts, the job owners should have at least the split reward amount in their ReferYes Credit Account at the time of creating the job post.
Does ReferYes guarantee the payment of the Split Reawrds once a hire occurs?
ReferYes is not responsible to follow up on candidate placements or Split Reward payments. Recruiters can contact each other directly through our messaging system to follow up on their candidates or to sign a contract before the referral. In ReferYes we don’t charge any fees on successful split rewards and we don’t control reward payments.
Can I withdraw my credits after I post a Split Reward?
Yes, you can withdraw your credits at any time even if the job post is not closed yet.
How will I receive my Split Reward?
Once the candidate is hired, the job owner will pay the reward to your ReferYes account.
How can I make sure that Split Reward Jobs are not used to collect free referrals?
ReferYes is based on user feedback and reviews to control the quality of jobs and referrals, also we recommend in Split Reward Jobs to contact the job owner before any referral.
How can I delete my account?
Simply send our support team a message with the title "Delete my account" and please state in your message the reasons of why you want to delete your account.
